1. Design Process Overview
To ensure a smooth and creative collaboration, our branding process includes:
- Acknowledgement Form – Confirming you have read our policies, fully understand them, and agree to the terms.
- Initial Consultation – Discuss your vision, target audience, style preferences, and brand goals.
- Concept Development – We will present concepts based on the brief and your designated branding package.
- Feedback & Revisions – You’ll receive revisions on the selected concept based on the branding package you have selected.
- Finalization & Delivery – Once approved, your final logo will be delivered in multiple formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF, and vector files).
Note: After step 5, modifications to the actual logo, including any color changes, will incur an additional charge.
2. Timeline
- Standard logo creation typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on complexity and timely client feedback.
- Revisions are completed within 1–3 business days of receiving your feedback.
- Rush options may be available upon request (additional fees apply).
3. Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.
- The remaining 50% is due upon final approval and before release of final files.
- Payments can be made via cashapp, zelle, venmo.
Note: Delays in payment may result in project delays or cancellation.
4. Client Responsibilities
To keep the project on track, we kindly ask that clients:
- Complete the branding questionnaire thoroughly.
- Respond to communication and feedback requests within 48 hours when possible.
- Communicate clearly about brand vision and expectations.
- All transaction-related communications will be conducted via email to ensure proper documentation.
- Single Point of Contact – Changes and approvals will only be made through one designated contact person, regardless of the number of business owners involved. Communication from any other individuals will not be accepted.

6. Design Ownership & Usage Rights
- Upon final payment, you receive full commercial rights to the final logo design.
- We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio or social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation Policy
- If the project is canceled after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
8. Project Workflow Tracking
You’ll receive updates at each key stage of the process:
- A project welcome email with timelines and forms
- Concept delivery + revision request form
- Final approval + delivery of logo files
